Carolien Spaans is appointed as Agricultural Counsellor in Ukraine
Starting her duties in Ukraine on 1st March 2024.
Carolien Spaans is now Agricultural Counsellor in Warsaw, Poland. In the period 2016-2019 she was Agricultural Counsellor at the Netherlands Embassy in Kyiv, with Ukraine as her working area. Before posting in Kyiv she worked as an advisor at the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Previously, she was a financial policy officer at the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Fisheries and she followed a Foreign Relations course at the Clingendael Institute.
