Japan: Closing date for exhibitors approaching for GPEC 2024

Companies interested in exhibiting their products at Greenhouse Horticulture & Plant Factory Exhibition/Conference (GPEC) 2024 have until 31 March 2024 to submit their application form to the GPEC management office. The deadline, originally set for 29 February, was recently extended to 31 March. GPEC 2024 will take place from Wed 24 to Fri 26 July 2024 at Tokyo Big Sight. This biennial event, organized by the Japan Greenhouse Horticulture Association, is the largest trade show in Japan specializing in modern greenhouse and indoor farming technologies.

Japan sees the Netherlands as a trendsetter in the field of horticulture. For Dutch companies, exhibiting at GPEC 2024 gives an opportunity to introduce their products to the Japanese market and to reach potential business partners. According to the GPEC management office, 80-90 percent of exhibition space has already been booked either formally or informally. Since application will be closed prior to the deadline once all booths are booked, interested parties who have not reserved their booth(s) are advised to contact the management office immediately to secure space and have consultations directly. Please note that a cancellation fee will be incurred once you submit an application form.
