Over de LVVN-raad Japan | Agroberichten Buitenland

Julius Seinen is sinds september 2026 LVVN-raad op de Nederlandse ambassade in Tokio en heeft als werkgebied Japan.

De LVVN-raad

Julius Seinen is sinds de zomer van 2026 LVVN-raad voor Japan. De afgelopen vijf jaar was Julius werkzaam bij het ministerie van LVVN in Den Haag, waar hij verschillende thema’s onder zijn hoede had, waaronder de Europese ontbossingsverordening en water. Daarnaast was hij als regiocoördinator verantwoordelijk voor de bilaterale relaties met Polen en Oekraïne. De inzet van het team in Japan is met name gericht op markttoegang, (glas-) tuinbouw, uitwisseling van kennis en technologie, en exportbevordering.

LAN team

Het LAN team voor Japan bestaat verder uit:

Yuko Saito

Yuko Saito is landbouwadviseur in Tokio sinds 2001. Zij houdt zich bezig met:

Aanspreekpunt nationale en regionale overheden
Markttoegang dierlijke en plantaardige landbouwproducten
Eerste contact Topsector Tuinbouw en Uitgangsmaterialen, inclusief handelsverzoeken

Hobby’s: joggen, yoga en reizen (hot springs).

Chitose de Mos - Hatakoshi

Chitose de Mos - Hatakoshi is beleidsondersteuner landbouw in Tokio sinds 2016. Zij houdt zich bezig met:

Eerste contact topsector AgroFood, inclusief handelsverzoeken
Netherlands branding, Product- en sectorpromotie
Sociale media, website, facebook en twitter
Financiële reportages

Hobby’s: lezen, sporten (golfoefenbaan), zingen, reizen.

Ryoko Matsumoto

Ryoko Matsumoto is managementondersteuner voor het LAN team in Tokio sinds 2017. Zij houdt zich bezig met:

Administratie en financiele boekhouding
Relatiemanagement
Logistieke ondersteuning bij beurzen, handelsmissies en evenementen
Handelsaanvragen

Hobby’s: dansen (jazzdans, ballet, enz.), pilates (gediplomeerd instructeur), maken van Wagashi (traditionele Japanse zoetigheid).

Please be aware that the Embassy cannot issue a letter or any other official document on the authenticity of the replacement certificate issued by the Dutch authorities solely at the request from an exporter or an importer. It is only when the standard procedures stated on the above link are followed and the problem remains unresolved that the Embassy may issue an official document following direct instructions from the NVWA.
