The Summit will focus on: "A look at poultry farming today and tomorrow: challenges and responses" The sessions will focus on discussing the role of poultry farming in helping to address the food, social and economic realities of Latin America.

Technical topics will be addressed that encompass economic, production and processing issues of highest priority for Latin American producers and processors of chicken meat and eggs.
