The Pesticide Management Initiative East African Region-Kenya project (PEAR-Kenya) organises a special meeting to inform stakeholders on the results of the project related to pest control product registration. The PCPB and Dutch experts worked together to improve the administrative system as well as the evaluation of low risk as well as non-low risk pest control products. Use of biological pest management at rose farm

The objective of the meeting is to inform participants on the results of the project. at the same time the audience will be asked to reflect on the results and look into the future. How to move forward and how does Kenya embrace the best practice in pest registration and management.

This meeting sos part of the Pest Management Initiative East Africa Region: Kenya Project (PEAR-Kenya). The main goal of the project is to contribute to sustainable agricultural production in Kenya through improving plant health, integrated pest management, food safety and reducing the risks of pesticide use.
