In 2019, the Netherlands Embassy in Tokyo will organize the Holland Pavilion at Foodex, the Asia's largest exhibition dedicated on food and drink, where exhibitors from 80 countries and regions will be present, and some 85.000 potential customers from all over the world are projected to visit.

At Foodex 2019, the Netherlands Meat Industry and Exporters Association (COV) will join forces by showcasing and serving Dutch veal and pork dishes at its 45 sqm stands, as part of the EU Trusted veal and pork campaigns, in the vicinity of the Holland Pavilion.

What are objectives?

With the COV, the Embassy will conduct  the Dutch Cuisine promotion campaign of the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality.  For collective Dutch food promotion, we will focus on the below items/concepts:
 

  • Dutch food culture
  • Circular Economy
  • Organic and healthy products, with an eye to Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralypic Games
  • Typically traditional Dutch products
  • Health and Convenience
  • Quality, Health and Innovation

How to parcitipate:

So far, the below companies have signed up for participation at the Holland Pavilion.

The Embassy's booths in the Pavilion will serve as business lounge for visitors of Holland Pavilion and COV booths.
