This report contains the results of a research project on generational renewal and the inclusion of women and young people in the European agrifood sector, with Spain as a case study. The study was conducted by Ms. Van De poll on behalf of the agricultural department of the Dutch Embassy in Spain: the Netherlands Agricultural Network (LAN) in Madrid (MAD-LAN). LAN constitutes the representation of the Dutch ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature (LVVN) abroad.
