We are pleased to share the latest edition of our annual report: Overview of Dutch Agri-Food Export to Taiwan in 2024. This in-depth analysis offers a detailed look at current trade dynamics, export volumes, and key product categories shaping the Dutch-Taiwanese agri-food relationship. Despite an overall decline of 20.7% in export value—largely influenced by Heineken’s shift to local brewing—sectors like frozen pork, lily bulbs, and processed potatoes remain vital contributors to Dutch export performance.

The report also explores consumer trends in Taiwan, such as the growing demand for clean-label, organic, and functional foods, as well as rising expectations for sustainability and transparency. For Dutch exporters and stakeholders across the agri-food value chain, this report provides timely insights into market shifts and potential areas for future growth.
