Zhytomyr oblast proposals for cooperation with the Dutch companies.

As a follow-up of the Central Ukraine Study, the Zhytomyr Regional Development Center comes up with concrete proposals for cooperation from the Zhytomyr regional development center: blueberry production, snails farm, flax and biodiesel production.
