The event brought together young people to share ideas, explore bold approaches, and develop innovative solutions for the sustainable transformation of agrifood systems.
In light of Kazakhstan’s national development priorities and global challenges in food and agriculture, youth engagement is more important than ever. Students and young professionals are key to driving the innovation needed to build resilient and inclusive food systems.
At the heart of the event was the concept of the “moonshot” an ambitious, forward-looking goal inspired by President John F. Kennedy’s 1961 challenge to land a man on the moon. A true moonshot is bold, generates lasting benefits, and involves society as a whole.
