A meeting was held at the Kyrgyz Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry to discuss preparations for the "Organic Expo 2025 Almaty" exhibition. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The organizers of the event – Organic Expo LLP (Kazakhstan), Renat Zhaparov (Organic Village), and Ilya Pampur (KazakhBioControl) – presented the forum's concept.
This event will be a continuation of the Central Asian Regional Forum "Organic Expo 2024 Bishkek," held under the slogan "Organic – Ambassador of Peace."
Discussions also covered expanding cooperation in the field of organic agriculture and the creation of a "green corridor" for Central Asian countries. The international event is scheduled to take place on September 26–28, 2025, in Almaty.

In 2024, the Central Asian Regional Forum "Organic Expo 2024" was successfully held in Bishkek at the initiative of the Organic Holding KG Association, with support from the OSCE, FAO, GIZ, and the Department of Organic Agriculture under the Kyrgyz Ministry of Agriculture. Agricultural Counsellor of the Netherlands to Kyrgyzstan, Arie Veldhuizen made a speech at the Forum stressing the need for sustainable food systems and knowledge transfer. Mr. Veldhuizen informed about the interest of Dutch side in the development of organic agriculture in Central Asia, the necessity in new sustanable business models, international certification and readiness of Dutch educational institutions for cooperation. The forum served as a unique platform for promoting organic products, sharing experience, and developing international cooperation in the agricultural sector.
