In the village of Kurama, within the Burgondu-Dostuk Ayil Okmotu of the Nooken District, the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic held a Field Day.

The event aimed to familiarize farmers with advanced technologies, innovations, and best practices in vegetable cultivation, particularly bell peppers. Participants were presented with the full cycle of the value-added chain based on the principle: "what we grow – where we sell it."

Field Day served as a platform for acquiring practical knowledge, exchanging experiences, and receiving consultations from industry experts. Discussions focused on early-ripening pepper cultivation technologies, ways to improve product quality, and effective mechanisms for its marketing.

As part of efforts to develop the region's agricultural potential, a modern transport and logistics center with a capacity of up to 1,000 tons is planned. It will provide storage, primary processing, and logistics for agricultural products.

The implementation of this project will enhance farm efficiency, expand market access, and become a key element in the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The Ministry intends to continue its systematic work in this direction.
