During the last edition held in July 2021, 129 exhibitors showcased their products, and 16.288 professional visitors (mostly from Japan) were attracted under strict Corona measures (report 2021).

Participation costs and registration

The exhibition space fee for a standard booth (9 m²) is JPY 352,000. For more information, please have a look at the GPEC 2022 Exhibition Guide. The application form is available here.

The deadline for the application is 28 February 2022. (Application will be closed prior to the deadline once all booths are booked.)

Cancellation/alteration policy
GPEC management office provided the following information regarding the cancellation and alteration policy of GPEC 2022. For actual details, please consult the management office.

Alternation and Cancellation of the show The organizer and management office reserve the right to postpone indefinitely or cancel the show if the exhibition has become unable to be opened on account of force majeure (earthquakes, disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics diseases or infectious diseases, other disturbances, etc.) In these cases, the organizer and management office will refund the exhibit fee based on the following rate. If the applicant has not paid the fee at the time of alternation or cancellation, the applicant will pay the difference between the exhibit space fee and the refund amount based on the following rate. Refund rate of the exhibit fee From Application date to March 31, Thu., 2022 : 100% From April 1, Fri., 2022 to May 31, Tue., 2022 : 70% From June 1, Wed., 2022 to July 15, Fri., 2022 : 50% From July 16, Sat., 2022 to July 22, Fri., 2022 : No Refund Cancellation Once an application is accepted, no withdrawal is allowed as a general rule. If the management office deems it legitimate, however, application may be withdrawn with payment of prescribed cancellation charge. Before March 31, 2022 : 50% of Total Exhibit Space Fee After April 1, 2022 : 100% of Total Exhibit Space Fee
