Message from International Poultry and Pig Show Japan (IPPS) 2022

The organizer of the IPPS would like to inform you that International Poultry and Pig Show Japan (IPPS) 2022 will take place from Wed 27 to Fri 29 April 2022 at Port Messe Nagoya. IPPS is the most professional exhibition in Japan that is specialized in poultry and pig industry. At the exhibition, there will be the latest facilities, equipment products, veterinary drugs/feed, and food products (eggs, chicken, pork, etc.), as well as food tasting, cooking demonstration and sales areas for consumers.

The fair was originally scheduled in May 2021, however, it was postponed to April 2022 due to the spread of the Covid-19. In 2018, 208 companies/organizations (773 booths) were exhibited, and the number of visitors reached 28.000 from Japan and overseas in 3 days. In IPPS2022 as the 9th edition, 250 companies/organizations are planned to participate, with approximately 30.000 visitors expected.

If you are planning to enter the Japanese market or expand your business in this field, IPPS2022 is highly recommended. As the special project zone, there will be “Smart Livestock Zone” and “Sanitation Measures Zone” newly.

Cancellation policy

IPPS Secretariat Office provided the following information regarding the cancellation policy of IPPS2022. For actual details, please contact IPPS Secretariat Office.

“For overseas exhibitors, after applying, the cancellation fee will not be charged until the end of November 2021 due to the spread of COVID-19. In case of canceling and postponing the exhibition under the Organizer's judgement or guidance of the Japanese government/related organizations, the exhibition fee after deducting necessary expenses will be reimbursed to the exhibitor. In case of cancellation by the exhibitor due to border restrictions, the full exhibition fee will be refunded.”
