Iraq Agricultural Development Report
The Iraq Agricultural Development Report, titled "Explorative Study Agricultural Development in Iraq and the federal Kurdistan Autonomous Region", was carried out and written by Wageningen University.
This 65-page final report, of November 9, 2018 covers the most essential issues in Iraqi agriculture, using extensive data from desk research and field visits. The report concludes with a "fruitful contribution towards the development of the agriculture and food sector in Iraq". The report identifies "opportunities for development of the agriculture and food sector, based on areas in which the Netherlands can make significant contributions," focusing on horticulture, potato and livestock/diary.
