Seminar on Digital Agriculture in Hungary

The agricultural team at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Budapest is organising a seminar on digital agriculture on the 6th of September, 2018. The seminar in Bábolna (one hour west of Budapest) will be held as part of the Bábolna Agricultural Days expo. Register for the seminar before 31st of August!

The seminar will feature a wide range of experts from Serbia, Hungary and the Netherlands and will showcase regional cooperation and the position of the Netherlands in this. Speakers include:

  • Mr Oskar Marko from the Serbian Research and Development Insitute for Information Technologies in Biosystems (also called BioSense Institute, read more here)
  • Mr Frans Lips from the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality of the Netherlands
  • Dr István Balla, professor at Szent István University in Hungary
  • Dr. Ir. Corné Kocks, professor at Aeres Hogeschool of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands
  • Martin Dekker from AgroCares Hungary - cutting edge soil analysis technology (read more here)
