Spain: Visán acquires Netlaa to access new pet food markets
The Spanish manufacturer of dog and cat feed Visán has taken an important step in its goal of having a super-premium product catalog and expanding through Europe.
The company, based in Arganda del Rey (Madrid), has acquired the Dutch Netlaa, specialized in veterinary pet diets and with a wide presence in other European countries, except France.
Until now, Netlaa was only present in Spain in a very residual way. In the medium term, Visán expects 20% of its revenues to be linked to Netlaa.
