Based on Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 43/Permentan/OT.010 / 8/2015 on Organization and Work Procedure of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Centre for Plant Variety Protection and Agricultural Licensing (PVPAL) is a supporting element of the Ministry of Agriculture tasked with implementation of the management of the protection and registration of plant varieties, as well as licensing services and agricultural technical recommendations.
