2019 China Dairy Expo
July 12-14, 2019 The China Dairy Expo was successfully held in Tianjin. This year, seven companies (Lely, Nedap, FrieslandCampina Ingredients, CRV, Trouw Nutrition, Sino-Dutch Dairy Development Centre (SDDDC) and Trioliet) joined our Dutch pavilion, in total, our pavilion was 315 sqm, right at the entrance. A lot of professional visitors came to visit us, in total we welcomed more than 130,000 expo visitors in the first two days. The total expo area reach up to 56,000 sqm with 495 exhibitors.
In the morning of July 12th the China Dairy White Paper 2019 was launched. Besides the paper our Agricultural Counsellor Wouter Verhey made a presentation on Netherlands Dairy Sector which received a lot of attention.
In the afternoon of July 12th together with SDDDC we organized a seminar on High Tech Farming, answer to challenges in the China Dairy sector. It was a full house with 140 audiences.
Right after the seminar, a network reception was held by SDDDC and the Embassy of the Netherlands in Beijing, 120 guests joined our dinner.
The Netherlands has been participated in the China Dairy Expo for 9 years already. We are looking forward to our 10 year anniversary next year. Are you in?
