The third round of the Ukraine Partnership Facility (UPF) formal subsidy application opens on 30 January for those who submitted the quick scans and received the project registration numbers.

Information for those who already submitted a quick scan for UPF3
The submission period for quick scans for the 3rd round of the Ukraine Partnership Facility - UPF has closed on November 21, 2025.
Based on your quick scan, you received non-binding advice with registrtation number of your project. After completing the advisory process, you can decide whether to submit a formal subsidy application.
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) received and provided recommendations for over 150 quick scans. If you submitted a quick scan but have not received a response yet, please contact RVO at +31 6 1178 1796.
Formal subsidy applicartion for UPF3 will be open from Friday, 30 January 2026 until Thursday, 30 April 2026.
For the application, you need the registration number specified in the advice.
