REKA has been operating in the Kazakh agricultural market since 2016 and produces natural seed coatings and plant protection products. In 2020, the company began developing a special plant nutrition concept based on these products.
"REKA has confirmed its intentions to start production in the first quarter of 2025, with subsequent volume increases in line with market needs. The parties also discussed the prospects of creating a joint venture between REKA, Hanseplant and Kazakhstani partners. The joint venture will be aimed at introducing innovative agricultural technologies and strengthening bilateral economic cooperation," the Ministry of Agriculture said.
At the meeting, the issue of cooperation between REKA and the National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Centre (NANOC) was also considered. The Dutch company is interested in conducting joint scientific research and organising professional development programs for Kazakhstani specialists.
