Growtech Eurasia is a yearly international horticulture exhibition in Antalya, Turkiye. Increasingly a strategic fair, it enjoys a lot of international attention and participation from Turkiye and the broader region.

Up in participants from last year, 12 Dutch companies joined forces in a Holland Pavillion, creating an appealing Dutch presence at the exhibition. This was organized by Export Partner, based in The Netherlands. In addition many other Dutch companies participated under their own company names and stands.

The increased participation of Dutch companies and interest illustrates the increased dynamic and new developments in the region after difficult Covid years. Withing Turkiye, investments are continuing and for example geothermal areas offer potential locations for horticulture investments.

The Growtech Exhibition is the perfect place to match demand and supply, especially when it comes to technological, innovative and sustainable growing systems.

Soft fruit is another area of interest, and this year a delegation of Dutch companies specialized in soft fruit production participated. The Dutch embassy organized a trade mission in September 2022 for ten Dutch companies. Turkiye is shaping up to become a player in this sector.
