“We currently have almost 10,000 hectares within the group in its three nucleuses, we are in advanced talks to take over another farm with a significant area, which will drive the total area to almost 12,000 hectares and we will have four nucleuses at that moment”.

The lands are structured along three nucleuses, in Rosiori, Frumusani and Videle.

The company, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, had initially targeted total areas of 20,000 hectares, but now has more ambitious targets.

The company plans to boost its warehousing capacities from 10,000 tons at present to 40,000 tons, as it started expanding the capacities of Calinesti silo in 2021.

According to Robert Lisenche, the company’s investment plan for 2022 stands at EUR10-12 million.

Holde Agri group in 2021 posted EUR 11,86 million consolidated turnover, up 46%, and net profit worth EUR 96 thousand, 41% above the 2020 level. It has more than 100 employees.
