South and East Asia are expanding their dairy sectors to increase the self-sufficiency of dairy products. While the global and national plans are to reduce greenhouse gases (GHG) from dairy and livestock production.

What does the reduction of GHG mean for the dairy production of smallholder farms in Asia?  Experts from Asia are invited to share their experiences & knowledge on GHG reduction in livestock and the dairy value chain.  Dr. Patthra Pengthamkeerati from Kasetsart University will also share her experiences in GHG reduction in Thai livestock and dairy sector.
