Milk powder plant could be built in Sumy region, Ukraine
The construction of a plant for production of milk powder (A2) with a total cost of UAH 90 million was announced by Tetiana Riabukha, a MP from the Servant of the People party, a candidate for the mayor of Sumy.
"In order to solve the urgent problems of the region, the top five promising projects were defined: the construction of a milk powder plant, the reconstruction of Sumy airport, the construction of an international biathlon center and a sports and tourist complex, the construction of a medical town and the creation of centers for the provision of cultural services," she said when presenting the development strategy of Sumy region.
According to the candidate for the post of mayor of Sumy, the total cost of the milk powder production plant is UAH 90 million. The project provides for the creation of 150 jobs. The plant's products are to be sold in the domestic and foreign markets.
