Indonesia : Information on new officials at the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture
Jakarta - The Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) conducts organizational refresher on the middle and high-ranking officials within the Ministry of Agriculture. The Director General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health who was previously occupied by Ketut Diarmita was replaced by Dr. Ir. Nasrullah.
Apart from Nasrullah, the Ministry of Agriculture also appointed Drs. Zulkifli as Acting Head of Organization and Personnel Bureau, Muchlis as Head of Finance and Equipment Bureau, Akhmad Musyafak as Acting Head of the Center for Agricultural Data and Information Systems and Gunawan as PJ Secretary of the Directorate of Agricultural Facilities and Infrastructure.
The next name who was also inaugurated was Priatna Sasmita as Head of the Center for Food Crops Research and Development, Muhammad Taufik Ratule as Head of the Center for Horticulture Research and Development, Agus Susanto as Acting Head of the Center for Animal Research and Development and Maidaswar as the last name to occupy the position of Head of the Center for Research and Development, Quality Testing and Certification of Veterinary Drugs.
The Minister of Agriculture hopes that agricultural production can accelerate to its maximum position, especially in welcoming the arrival of the third quarter. He wants all agricultural sub-sectors to have the ability to meet the needs of the Indonesian people.
In the second quarter, food crops came out as winners. But the Minister hope that in the third quarter horticulture and others have to show their energy.
