Ukrainian Government support to producers of fruit and berry products
As part of annual support to the agricultural producers, in 2020 Government of Ukraine plans to allocate 400 mln. UAH (13 mln. Euro) to stimulate producers of fruit and berry products, grapes and hops.
Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture informs, that Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On Amendments to the Procedure for the Use of Funds Provided in the State Budget for the Development of Viticulture, Horticulture and Hops".
This program is aimed to stimulate an increase in the area of plantations, the volume of production of fruit and berry products, grapes and hops, capacity building for their storage and processing.
It foresees partial compensation of construction of any capacity of refrigerators for storing fruits, berries, table grapes and hops of our own production, facilities for primary processing of grapes, fruits and berries of our own production; partial reimbursement for lines for processing of own grown fruits, berries and technical grapes for juices, purees, wine materials.
The maximum amount of financing should not exceed UAH 25 million per object.
