From February 16th till the 18th, 2027, Anuga Select Ibérica will take place. This fair is the result of a strategic partnership between Koelnmesse and IFEMA MADRID, bringing Anuga, the world’s largest food trade fair, to Spain. This event incorporates two well-established formats from IFEMA MADRID:
- Meat Attraction: An international trade fair dedicated to the entire value chain of the meat industry, with a focus on production, export, and innovative technologies.
- Bakery & Ice Cream Attraction: Evolving from InterSICOP, this new format unites manufacturers, suppliers, and experts from the bakery, pastry, ice cream, and coffee sectors, offering fresh opportunities and a renewed platform.

Both formats of Meat Attraction and InterSICOP come together under the Anuga Select Ibérica brand, creating a central platform for the food sector in Spain. This new format is designed to meet the growing demands of the Iberian Peninsula by combining local market needs with international reach. Additionally, the product and service offerings will be expanded to include new segments of the food and beverage industry, following the established concept of Anuga (Cologne), to attract new target audiences.
Focusing on Spain and Portugal as key growth markets, Anuga Select Ibérica delivers a strong message to the region. With Madrid's strategic geographical position, the city will serve as a vital hub for trade between Europe, Latin America, and North Africa. Anuga Select Ibérica seeks to fully harness the potential of the Iberian market while fostering connections with Latin American export markets.
