Dutch companies are invited to participate in the Netherlands pavilion at the Agro Pack fair in Erbil Iraq, taking place from the 23 until 26 November 2026. The trade fair was host to 380 exhibitors in 2025, from 21 different countries and attracted more than 10.000 professional visitors.

Why Iraq?

Iraq is one of the fastest growing economies when it comes to the import of food products as well as investment in agricultural and food technologies and production systems. There has been a large increase in investment and development of the dairy, poultry, potato and other sectors.

The import of food and packaging technology has risen by 16,5 percent per year in the period of 2018 until 2024. Moreover, food imports themselves have risen by 11,6 percent per year in this same period. Providing Agri&Food companies with ample opportunities in contributing to the food security needs of one of the largest populations of the Middle East.

Netherlands Pavilion

Participation in the Netherlands Pavilion guarantees companies with a premium location at the fair and extra exposure. Preparation work shall be taken off companies’ hands and tailored assistance will be provided. Lastly, your stand will be included in a collective promotion under official Dutch branding, while retaining the visibility of your own corporate identity.
