This year, the conference will be held with the support of Switzerland and Germany and will bring together representatives of government, organic businesses, international partners, retailers, experts and academia. The discussion will feature representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy, as well as leading organic companies.

The conference will focus on the current state of Ukraine’s organic market and the changes needed for its further development. Participants will discuss barriers to business growth and government support, the prospects for the domestic market, export opportunities, access to finance, and practical challenges faced by organic producers.

A particular focus will be placed on European integration and its practical implications for organic businesses. The discussion will cover the alignment of Ukrainian legislation with EU requirements, new rules for market operators, and the opportunities arising from closer integration with the European market.

Practical cases from Ukrainian organic producers will also be an important part of the programme. Business representatives will share their experience of operating during the war, entering new markets, developing processing, and finding solutions to the barriers faced by organic businesses.

The conference will provide a platform for direct dialogue between business and government. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to policymakers, raise issues that require attention, and discuss practical solutions for the development of the organic market. The programme will include interactive panel discussions, open dialogue with the audience, practical business cases and experience sharing.

The event will also present new data on Ukraine’s organic sector for 2025, including updated information on the number of organic operators, organic and in-conversion land, and other market indicators.

The conference will conclude with the Ukraine Organic Awards, recognising leaders of the organic market and those who have made a significant contribution to the development of the sector.
