Salón Gourmets is the world's premier food and beverage fair, highlighting the finest in high-end culinary trends. With a legacy of 38 consecutive editions, consistent growth, and a strong commercial focus, it attracts the highest number of national and international professionals from the gastronomic sector, including restaurants, hotels, distributors, caterers, and specialized wholesalers and retailers.
