From 11 to 16 March 2026, East-West Trade (EWTC) will organize a horticultural/ornamental trade mission to India. The 5-day mission program consists of company visits, networking events, B2B-meetings and a visit to the Horti India Expo. Registration is possible until 30 January.
Below you can find the draft program where the key activities per day are displayed. This is a preliminary schedule and activities may be substituted or rescheduled. The interests and priorities of participating companies will be taken into consideration in the final program.
Draft program
- Day 1 (11th March): Arrival in Delhi, welcome networking dinner and mission briefing.
- Day 2: (12th of March) Horti India Expo – guided visit at expo and pre-scheduled B2B meetings.
- Day 3: (13th of March) Follow-up meetings and travel to Pune.
- Day 4: (14th of March) Grower visits – Pune region.
- Day 5: (15th of March) Grower visit Pune, travel to Mumbai. Networking event in Mumbai.
- Day 6: (16th of March) Flight back to the Netherlands.
Information and participation
Companies are invited to join and explore and expand their activities to India. You can register for this mission until 30 January.
