The All Japan Federation of Processed Marine Products Association, a promotion body for processed fish products organise a competition of processed marine products annually. Its award presentation ceremony of the 36th National Comprehensive Quality Assessment of Processed Seafood Products is held on 27 February 2026.
Various prizes will be bestowed to Japanese fish processing companies and the Netherlands Ambassador's Prize is awarded to “Watanabe Frozen Food Co., Ltd.” for its product “Snow Flower Moon Deep Fried Horse Mackerel“ with fish sourced from the Netherlands this year.
