Plant Variety Protection (PVP) Workshop

Vietnam and the Netherlands are long-lasting and strategic partners in agriculture and food security, with the Strategic Partnership Arrangement (SPA) on sustainable agriculture and food security signed in 2014. To work gotether with Vietnam in advancing its seed sector, two interconnected workshops will be organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment of Vietnam and experts from the Netherlands, funded by the PVP Toolbox Program. These workshops will bring together key actors from the public and private sectors to raise awareness, exchange knowledge, and identify concrete steps toward strengthening the protection and enforcement of plant breeders' rights in Vietnam.
