The Agricultural Export Portfolio of Ukraine 2025
The Agricultural Export Portfolio of Ukraine is an important tool for promoting agricultural products on the international stage and for identifying new markets. The document provides detailed information on export opportunities in areas such as grains, oilseeds and processed products, meat and dairy, vegetables, fruits, fish, and more.
Ukrainian Association UCAB has presented the 8th edition of Ukraine’s Agricultural Export Portfolio, prepared with the support of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. This publication includes a detailed analysis of the export performance of Ukraine’s agro-industrial complex in 2024, as well as the key achievements of the sector.
Despite the challenges of war, 2024 demonstrated Ukraine’s ability not only to maintain its export potential but also to move forward with modernization. “Agri-food exports reached USD 24.7 billion, accounting for almost 60% of Ukraine’s total goods exports, confirming that agriculture remains the backbone of the country’s foreign trade. At the same time, producers are expanding processing, investing in innovation, and strengthening sustainable practices. This transformation helps Ukraine remain competitive in global markets and meet the growing demand for high-quality, traceable, and climate-friendly food products,” noted Taras Kachka, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.
“We are sincerely grateful to our European and international partners for their steadfast support and solidarity, which allowed us to maintain the continuity of food supplies at a time of real threat to global supply chains. This is more than just trade – it is a joint struggle for global food security. Thanks to this cooperation, we not only protect millions of people from hunger, but also take a confident step toward Ukraine’s full integration into the European market,” commented Oleksandra Avramenko, Chair of the UCAB Committee on European Integration.
