VI Dutch Dairy Day in Ukraine is approaching
On September 18, 2018 the Dutch-Ukrainian Dairy Center together with the Association of Milk Producers and the Embassy will organize the Dutch Dairy Day in Ukraine. This event will be held already for the 6th time! Every year it gathers more than hundred representatives of the Ukrainian dairy farms and from 10 to 30 participants of the Dutch companies - suppliers of knowledge, technologies and equipment.
In 2018 the event will take place at the Kyschentsi Dairy Farm in Cherkasy oblast. In June 2018, this company opened the new carousel milking parlor of for 80 cows, second biggest in Ukraine and the Dairy Training Center for the Ukrainian farmers.
This year the Dutch Dairy Day will be focused on practical masterclasses and presentations: proper feeding of calves, linear evaluation of cows, mating programs, managing dairy cows without antibiotic, benchmarking.
Dutch Dairy Day is always an excellent networking opportunity for the Dutch companies and Ukrainian dairy farmers.
