Transitioning towards a circular bio-economy is key to help combat climate change and protect our environment. One important step towards achieving this goal is to figure out new ways not just to decrease  waste but also to re-use it. The utilization of organic waste streams from the agri-food sectors can make a difference in our fight against environmental degradation and at the same time it can also create alternative sources of income for primary producers and companies active in the processing industry.

The aim of our webinar is to provide an overview of organic waste streams in Hungary, review the theoretic and practical approaches to the utilization of organic waste and provide a platform to exchange best practice in the field of circular organic waste re-usal.
