Economic mission to Indonesia: horticulture leaflet
Are you active in horticulture, or in the maritime or water sector? And are you curious about your business opportunities in the Indonesian market? Then take part in this economic mission on 15-19 June 2025 which will be led by Reinette Klever, Minister of Foreign Trade and Development. Ingrid Thijssen, president of VNO-NCW, is the business mission leader. The deadline for registration is 11 April 2025. Three tracks of the mission
The mission offers an excellent opportunity for Dutch companies and knowledge institutions to meet their Indonesian counterparts in 3 different sectors: horticulture, maritime logistics & manufacturing and water. During this mission, Dutch companies and organizations can:
- Explore the Indonesian market and further investigate opportunities
- Meet business partners, clients, and government representatives through one-on-one matchmaking, company visits, and networking events
- Expand and strengthen their network in Indonesia.
The program will include
- A seminar on sustainable horticulture, providing insights into Indonesia’s sustainable horticulture sector
- Meetings with government officials to discuss policy frameworks and regulations
- Business-to-business matchmaking sessions with key industry stakeholders
- Site visits to projects in North Sumatra, as well as a potential visit to an established Dutch company in Indonesia
- Networking events to explore potential collaborations
