Curious to explore the opportunities in Agrifood in Mongolia firsthand? Join this unique opportunity. We are offering an agri-food trade mission to Mongolia, combined with participation in the Mongolia-EU Business & Investment Forum. In addition, we will organize an additional day with field visits to give you an even closer look at the local agrifood sector. The trade mission will take place from 13 October until 16 October 2025.

For whom?
This mission is for Dutch companies, industry associations, and knowledge institutions in the agricultural or food processing sector that want to do business in Mongolia and are looking for collaboration partners or want to strengthen existing contacts.
The working language is English, and a Mongolian-English interpreter will be present where necessary.
Costs
- Participation in joint program components, local support by the organization, and local transportation (linked to the mission program) are included.
- Travel and accommodation costs, as well as personal transfers, are at your own expense and risk.
Registration
You can register for this trade mission until 8 September 2025 by sending an email to pek-lvvn@minbuza.nl. Each participant must register separately. Participants must fit within the stated format and substantive focus of this trade mission. Your registration and the automatic confirmation of receipt do not automatically mean that you have been admitted to the trade mission. After the registration period closes, you will receive a final confirmation of participation from Agricultural Attaché to China and Mongolia Karel van Bommel.

International developments such as pandemics, climate, and related (travel) restrictions may impact the travel advisory. If the travel advisory changes during preparations for this mission (and this has consequences for the organization), we may decide to postpone or cancel the mission. We will inform participants immediately. Travel and accommodation expenses are at your own risk.
