From Omnivore festival to Sirha Omnivore

Since its creation in 2003, Omnivore has been exploring contemporary cuisine. 

In 2020 Omnivore became Sirha Omnivore and take part of the Sirha Food brand and digital ecosystem, whose mission is to inspire the world of food service and hospitality, to be at the forefront of influences, to understand the world in motion, and to report on it in order to better support the market and its players. With this merger, the Sirha Omnivore festival confirms its position as a meeting place for professionals in the catering, cooking and food industries.

Paris Coffee Show

Since 2021 the Paris Coffee Show is taking up residence at the festival, with a premium event aimed at roasters, baristas, industry professionals and enthusiastic amateurs. Competitions, conferences and nearly 100 exhibitors are expected.
