Two days, three stages, discussion hub and the largest Organic Conference in Ukraine!

It’s all about the berries and stone fruits segment: the latest global market trends, lessons learned last season, innovations and achievements, new players on the world stage and the race of leaders, changes of vectors in the processing and planting market… All this and much more!

Two eventful days, three locations at a time, more than 40 professional speakers from around the world, about 10 masterclasses from leading experts, more than 300 representatives of different sectors of the industry from 10-15 countries! A true synergy of berries business in one unique event!

On the first day, January 30, on the main stage of the event, the leading experts from Ukraine and the world will talk about the main trends of the global berries market, summarize the last season and announce preliminary forecasts of the development of the industry. We’ll get a look at the situation in the countries that are already world leaders, as well as those who aspire to be on the list of leaders of this rating.

In addition, we’ll discuss the prospects and realities of each berry’s sector separately. Should we expect the raspberries crops to be further reduced? Will the increase in the global blueberries production lead to another “price fall”? Will strawberries remain the No. 1 berry in the world?

After the lunch, two more locations will start working in parallel. Innovative approaches to cultivation, leading technologies, the market for planting material and more will remain the main topics of the presentations on the stage of “Farm”. Meanwhile, the prospects for the development of the processing sector, new solutions for freezing, the potential of the sublimation segment, etc. will be discussed on the stage “Plant”.

The Organic Berry Business: Mistakes of 2019  – Perspectives of 2020 will be hosted on the main stage of the Forum on the second day, organized by Organic Standard, Organic Business School and the Ukrainian Berries Association.

In the meantime, the Marketing and Export scene will discuss the need for an export strategy for companies, promising marketing models, features of different sales channels, and requirements of buyers of different categories for quality, packaging and certification. In addition, leading specialists will share the experience and nuances of sea and air transportation.

The topics of the presentations in the third location will be devoted to the management of production efficiency, as well as the problem of selection of qualified personnel, building of personnel policy and global competition for the workforce as a whole.
