GastroSummit 2019 – the new meeting point for future food

... a dynamic platform for the presentation and discussion of trends, movements and social developments that will influence the HoReCa industry.

We want to join forces with a variety of relevant partners to create a totally new scientific platform in Sweden, which aims to highlight the most topical issues within gastronomy and food handling.

GastroSummit is made up of two parts: a seminar section with prominent speakers and partners in the industry, and an exhibition section.

The summit part is an interactive seminar section with lectures around four different themes, divided into half-day sessions. Half-day tickets will be on sale for the summit section.

The Gastro exhibition section is an active area with free admission and contains: Business Point meeting place, interesting company presentations, Food Tech Village, Innovation Plaza, taste labs, competitions, start-ups, product areas, Speakers’ Corner, etc."
