RVO has contracted Naktuinbouw to perform an inception mission on Plant Variety Protection in Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi. This scoping mission takes place between 4-14 March and will result in an analysis of the policy structures regarding plant variety rights and commitment for potential Dutch support in this area.
