NL Pavilion at AgroSpring 2021 in Ukraine - Павільйон Нідерландів на виставці АгроВесна 2021
7 Dutch companies and their Ukrainian representatives of TOP sector AgriFood and Horticulture joined the Netherlands Pavilion at the Agro Spring trade fair (including exhibitions Agro Animal Show, GrainTech and Fruits, Vegetables & Logistics) from 16-18 February 2021 in Kyiv, Ukraine.
7 Нідерландських компаній та їх українські представники презентували свої технології та рішення для сільського господарства, тваринництва, плодоовочівництва, зберігання та переробки на Нідерландському павільйоні в Києві на виставці Агро Весна 2021 16-18 лютого.

The NL pavilion is organized to ensure the interests of Dutch business in Ukraine and the realization of business potential in a competitive environment in view of limited business activity through the implemented quarantine measures, the Netherlands Pavilion is initiated by the Office of Agricultural Counsellor, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine and organized by IFWexpo Heidelberg GmbH and its Ukrainian office DLG Ukraine LLC. The local organizer of the exhibition is Kyiv International Contract Fair Ltd.

About the Exhibition
Agro Spring is the most important platform for animal husbandry and agricultural technology in Ukraine. In 2020, 529 companies from 24 countries showed their complete range of state-of-the-art solutions for livestock, animal husbandry and agricultural technology to over 18,600 agribusiness professionals. The organization of NL Pavilion at the exhibition AgroSpring 2021 falls under Ukrainian legislation and provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine measures.

Information for participants of NL Pavilion
Exhibitor Badges:
You receive your exhibitor badges in Kyiv on-site.
You can pick up your badges on Monday, February 15 directly at Information Stand of the Netherlands Pavilion Hall 1, Stand No. 1C343, please see attached floor plan.
You should have no problems entering the pavilions during mantling times. In case of any difficulties, please call the organizers.

For your clients: The entry to the exhibition is free-of-charge if they register online in advance: http://www.invitation.kiev.ua
Stand construction:
Your booths will be mostly ready on Monday, February 15 in the early afternoon. Please note that the stand builder still needs to finish some works while you equip your booth.
On Monday, we will be on the exhibition ground from approx. 9.00am - 6.00pm.
Delivery of goods:
For the delivery of exhibits that you will NOT deliver with a freight forwarder, but you will bring yourself, please note the following information: In case you bring big and heavy exhibits, please inform us in due time! Transport into the exhibition hall to your booth is possible without formalities. For removal, however, you need to list your exhibits on a letter with your company header. Please have this paper stamped and signed in the office of the Main organiser in hall 1 – you can pass the gates and leave the hall only with this confirmation.
