- Poland: more Avian influenza outbreaks this month

The number of Avian influenza outbreaks in Poland this year is growing. Four outbreaks of HPAI have already been found in Poland this month. In connection with the new outbreaks, 25,000 poultry have been sent for disposal.

The Polish parliament is getting serious about banning the sale of energy drinks. People who attempts to circumvent them will be heavily fined and possibly imprisoned. Ultimately, the sale of energy drinks will be allowed from the age of 18, just like alcohol or cigarettes.

- Poland: regardless inflation shoppers buy healthy food

Rising prices make grocery shopping more stressful for Poles than a year ago. 48% Of Polish consumers admits it, according to a Deloitte report. Rising product prices are the main reason for nervousness. Yet reason prevails over emotion. More than half of shoppers are willing to pay more for food that contributes to their health and well-being, and 84% when shopping, takes into account the added value of food for their body nutrition.

- Mexico: join the Netherlands pavilion at OPORMEX 2023
