Nederland heeft vele initiatieven die startups en scale-ups internationaal ondersteunen. Speciaal voor Nederlandse Agri-Tech en Food-Tech startups en scale-ups is er een online overzicht gemaakt van internationale kansen. Dit initiatief heeft als doel om deze kansen te benadrukken, toegankelijk te maken en in kaart te brengen. Het is onderdeel van het Globaliser+ programma dat DutchBasecamp uitvoert in opdracht van het Ministerie van Landbouw, Natuur en Voedselkwaliteit.

EUROPA - Duitsland: bij kiezers speelt landbouw een belangrijke rol

Over een maand, op zondag 26 september, vinden in Duitsland de Bondsdagverkiezingen plaats, wat vergelijkbaar is met de Tweede Kamerverkiezingen. Er zijn 598 zetels te verdelen (maar dat kan in het Duitse systeem ook wat hoger uitvallen). 42% van de kiezers geeft aan dat landbouw een belangrijke rol speelt in de partijkeuze. - Turkey: rate of modern irrigation systems in agriculture rises to 94%

With the transition to modern closed system pressurized piped irrigation, transmission losses are minimized, providing 35% water savings in sprinkler irrigation and 65% in drip irrigation. This year, 51 dams, 39 ponds and bents will be completed, and the number of storage will reach 1617 and the storage capacity will reach 180 billion cubic meters.
