De Nederlandse bloemen- en plantenexport sluit het eerste kwartaal van 2021 af met een record exportwaarde van bijna 2 miljard euro. Dit maakt de VGB bekend op basis van de exportstatistieken van Floridata. De exportwaarde van planten steeg met 31% en van snijbloemen met 26%.

Germany’s B Braun is conducting one of the largest investments in Romania in an irrigation solutions plant in Sanandrei near Timisoara (western Romania). The company has applied for a EUR12.4 million state aid for the actual construction of the plant, the final phase of the project. The total investment stands at EUR35.5 million, as shown in the list approved by the Finance Ministry.
