Invitation to join the trade mission to Dalat, Vietnam 23-25 February 2020
The Netherlands Embassy in Vietnam is organising a trade mission to Dalat city for Dutch Exhibitors of Hortex Vietnam 2020 or any other interested Dutch horticultural and floricultural companies.
The Hortex Vietnam 2020 a specialised exhibition and conference for Horticultural and Floricultural Production and Processing Technology in Vietnam will be organised in Ho Chi Minh city from 26-28 February 2020.
On this occasion, the Embassy and the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands is organising a trade mission to Dalat for the Dutch Exhibitors of Hortex and any other companies, who are interest in doing business in Vietnam and especially Lam Dong city – the largest horti hub of Vietnam.
The trade mission to Dalat will take place on 23-25 Feb 2020. Please kindly find further details as below.

Welcoming and briefing for Dutch mission participants
Monday, 24 Feb
Visit Dutch company
Visit Vietnamese company, presentation by Dalat Flower Association (DFA)
Meeting with local authorities (to be confirmed depending on the availability of the provincial leaders)
There is a possibility to give a 5-minute introduction and a table will be provided for displaying your company brochures during the reception. Please kindly let me know if you want to register for the 5-minute presentation.
Tuesday, 25 Feb: the the morning, flight to Ho Chi Minh city with Vietnam Airlines VN 1381 DLI - SGN 08:25 - 09:20.

Airport transfer
Transfer between Lien Khuong airport (DLI) and Dalat city is 45 minutes, will cost approximately 18-20 euros by metered taxi. Mai Linh taxi or Thang Loi taxi are recommended.
On Tuesday morning, for those who travels on flight VN 1381 DLI - SGN 08:25 - 09:20, you can join the airport transfer arranged by us.
