‘Study in Holland’ first-hand information provided for Myanmar students

Study in Holland ‘Orange Booth’ provided first-hand information on Dutch international education programs, Nuffic, scholarship availability as well as study in Holland overview with priority themes agriculture and water, at 1st Myanmar Private and International Education Fair 2019. Over 1,500 people showed up during the two-day event at Myanmar Expo Hall, Fortune Plaza in Yangon.

On 15th June, the international education fair was officially graced by H.E. U Myint Thaung, Yangon Regional Minister for Finance and Planning, who himself is one of the Holland alumni in Myanmar. On 16th June the Netherlands Embassy gave an interactive educational talk session, attracted more than 30 interested students and people attending the fair.  According to Nuffic, the selected country priority themes for Myanmar are 1) Food and Nutrition Security (FNS) specially Agriculture, which includes Livestock and Agriculture 2) Water.
