Myanmar: Consultation Process on National Land Law
The Government of Myanmar organized the National Land Use Policy Forum in October, a step towards developing the National Land Law and ensuring harmonization with existing land related laws in Myanmar.
The law will be based and made it in line with 2016 National Land Use Policy, which aims to tackle land rights and land use management issues. See the links for more information.
